目的　探讨胶质母细胞瘤中基质金属蛋白酶7（MMP-7）的表达及其与患者术后生存期之间相关性。方法　采用免疫组织化学法检测60例胶质母细胞瘤组织标本中MMP-7的表达，统计分析其表达强弱与患者术后生存期之间的关系。结果　MMP-7在胶质母细胞瘤中总表达率为73.3%，强表达组生存期明显短于弱表达组（χ2=7.043，P=0.008）。结论　MMP-7可以作为胶质母细胞瘤预后的重要因素之一。
