目的观察Alexandrite（Alex）激光治疗雀斑的近、远期疗效。方法对1998年10月－2006年5月经Alex激光治疗的172例雀斑患者的近期（术后半年）效果及31例远期（治愈后满5年的患者）效果进行统计分析。结果近期疗效：术后3～6个月复查，172例雀斑患者经1次治疗治愈165例，占95.9%，2次治愈3例（1.7%），1次治疗有效但中断治疗4例，总有效率100.0%。远期疗效：经Alex激光治愈后满5年的患者。符合条件的随访者87例，回收信息31条。复发18例，复发率58.1%（18/31）。结论 Alex激光治疗雀斑近期疗效良好，远期复发率较高。
