食管癌是世界上第6大最常见的癌症相关死亡的原因,全世界大约有一半的早期食管癌患者发生于中国。多数患者在发现时已进入中晚期,且远期预后较差,因而食管癌的早期诊断和治疗十分重要。近年来消化内镜诊疗技术的飞速发展使越来越多的食管癌患者能被早期诊断和治疗,使患者生存率和生活质量大大提高。现就早期食管癌及癌前病变的内镜诊断及治疗研究进展作一综述。
