锐器伤为医务人员职业伤害的常见类型，其主要危害为传播相关血源性疾病。该文综述了国内外医务人员发生锐器伤的现状，分析了锐器伤发生的危险因素，并分析了对相关危险因素进行精细化管理后锐器伤的发生率变化情况，认为对锐器伤危险因素进行精细化管理可以有效降低锐器伤的发生率，减少血源性疾病传播的概率，为锐器伤的防护工作提供参考。
