慢性踝关节不稳会严重影响患者的生活质量，就其发病根源而言受诸多因素的影响。该文针对其相关定义进行简要阐述，并对现阶段的最新治疗进展进行分析，详细介绍保守治疗及手术治疗两种治疗方法，让骨科工作人员更加深入了解慢性踝关节不稳的治疗方法，以利于患者尽快康复。
