目的探讨损伤控制外科（damage control surgery，DCS）在救治严重腹部创伤患者中的临床应用。方法回顾性分析 2013 年 4 月至 2015 年 4 月解放军总院海南分院采用 DCS 理念（简单快速手术、液体复苏和确定性手术）救治的 40 例严重腹部创伤患者的临床资料。总结应用损伤控制理念救治严重腹部创伤的适应证和治愈率。结果 40 例患者中痊愈 35 例，治愈率为 87.5%；死亡 5 例，死亡率为 12.5%。结论应用损伤控制理念救治严重腹部创伤为比较安全的救治方法，可有效提高临床治愈率。
