目的提高临床医生对肺癌引起高淀粉酶血症的认识。方法回顾2015年11月解放军第四五五医院呼吸科收治的1例肺癌引起高淀粉酶血症的病例,并复习国内外相关文献,对肺癌引起高淀粉酶血症进行分析。结果患者男性,56岁,病理明确诊断为肺腺癌,入院后查血和尿淀粉酶均明显升高,排除急慢性胰腺炎的可能,考虑淀粉酶的升高系肺癌细胞所分泌。结论肺癌引起高淀粉酶血症比较少见,给予抗肿瘤治疗后,淀粉酶也会随之下降。
