目的探讨护理可穿戴设备在长程视频脑电监测的应用效果。方法通过回顾性观察2021年11月—2022年3月期间在四川大学华西医院癫痫中心进行长程视频脑电监测的100例癫痫患者的视频录像，统计和记录四川大学华西医院癫痫中心医护人员在患者癫痫发作后是否到达床旁、到达床旁时间及不良事件发生情况。结果回顾分析了100例癫痫患者，589次发作，其中226次（38.4%）发作医护人员到达了床旁，在患者发作30s内到达床旁的有191次（52.7%）发作，未发生跌倒、坠床、舌咬伤等不良事件。结论护理可穿戴设备能有效辅助长程视频脑电监测的开展，提高了医护人员的主动护理与干预效率，缩短了护士的平均应答时间，为癫痫患者提供更为安全的护理保障。
