脂肪栓塞综合征大多发生于机体外伤。近年来由外科转入呼吸内科监护病房（RICU）的脂肪栓塞患者逐渐增多。我们收治了一例脂肪栓塞病人，现结合文献复习进行讨论，以提高呼吸内科医生对此病的认识。
