细胞凋亡与肿瘤的发生、发展有着密不可分的关系。凋亡抑制蛋白( inhibitor of apoptosis protein, IAP) 是继Bcl-2 家族后发现的又一类凋亡调控蛋白家族, Survivin 是该家族中倍受关注的一个成员, 现就Survivin 在肺癌诊断和治疗中的研究进展作一综述。
