作者报道42例眼球缺失患者,采用高分子材料作眶内置入物,然后装配义眼。在随访观察中,有4例在术后3～6个月,出现置入物部分外露,2例眶内移位,7例在术后6个月,置入物脱出。作者讨论了置入物材料的选择,以及并发症的处理等。
