本实验选用本地健康成年杂交犬进行自体游离骨膜移植,通过光镜、电镜方法从组织学方面进行了一系列动态观察及力学与骨计量学测试。实验结果显示自体骨膜移植能再生骨组织,其成骨能力较强,可完全充填骨缺损区,从而为治疗骨质缺损,加速骨折愈合提供了一种新的治疗方法。
