先天性尺桡骨融合是一种较为罕见的先天性骨发育畸形，患肢前臂往往固定在旋前位，其功能受限程度取决于畸形的严重程度，以及是否为双侧受累。其外科治疗一直是小儿矫形外科所面临的难题。如何有效地改善患儿前臂的旋转功能，使前臂处于最佳的旋转功能，以提高患儿的日常生活能力，是治疗该病的中心环节，但其治疗效果不甚满意。现就其外科治疗进展进行综述。
