【摘要】 多层螺旋CT检查已经成为临床诊断疾病的重要检查手段，然而CT检查产生的辐射剂量也越来越得到研究人员的关注。通过对MSCT辐射剂量的影响因素，降低MSCT辐射剂量的方法，合理选用CT检查，规范化设置CT检查方案，普及辐射防护知识，形成有效管理监督机制的论述、分析，探讨MSCT辐射剂量控制与监督的临床价值。
