【摘要】目的 探讨益生菌治疗在溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2007年8月-2009年12月47例活动期UC患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别给予益生菌和5-氨基水杨酸治疗，疗程8周。监测治疗期间患者的临床症状和血清C反应蛋白（Creactive protein，CRP）水平。结果治疗结束后两组患者临床症状均有缓解，CRP水平均明显下降，两组间无统计学意义（P gt;0.05）。结论益生菌治疗UC可有效改善患者临床症状和炎症反应。
