【摘要】子宫动静脉血管瘤（arteriovenous mabformation，AVM）是一种少见的子宫血管病变，由异常的血管形成，分为先天性和获得性，后者多与妊娠及子宫损伤有关，临床上常表现为顽固的阴道流血，部分患者阴道大量流血。诊断比较困难，超声是最基本的检查方法，但血管造影是其诊断金标准。子宫AVM的治疗主要包括保守治疗、外科治疗和介入治疗。并综述介入治疗对妊娠的影响。
