目的:探讨血清钙与胰腺坏死的关系.方法:四川大学华西医院中西医结合科2003年9月~2005年3月收治的200例急性胰腺炎患者,根据CT结果分为坏死组和非坏死组,根据所有患者测得的血清钙相应的真阳性率和假阳性率做出ROC曲线以预测胰腺坏死。结果:ROC曲线下面积为0.436。结论:血清钙高低不能预测胰腺坏死。
