目的:探讨经侧裂岛叶入路微侵袭手术对高血压性壳核出血患者的治疗价值。方法:回顾性分析65例HPH患者的临床资料,其中51例患者接受经侧裂岛叶入路开颅手术治疗,14例采用保守治疗。结果:手术组平均住院日、主要并发症发生率、总体死亡率均低于保守治疗组。随访6月时,手术组恢复良好率高于对照组。结论:经侧裂岛叶入路手术治疗可改善高血压性壳核出血患者临床预后。
