目的:探讨骨瓣移植在青壮年股骨颈骨折空心钉内固定中应用的效果。方法:2000年1月至2008年1月,在治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折中采用空心钉内固定加带血管蒂骨瓣38例(组1):采用空心钉内固定加肌骨瓣49例(组2);采用空心钉内固定加游离骨瓣治疗股骨颈骨折36例(组3);单纯采用空心钉内固定股骨颈骨折34例(组4)。结果:术后随访157例,术后12～50个月。术后无感染、退钉、骨瓣松动等现象。组1有2例术后股骨头坏死,组2有3例股骨头坏死。组3有2例术后股骨头坏死。组4有9例股骨头坏死。结论:三种骨瓣移植方式在股骨颈骨折空心钉内固定中应用的效果无明显差异。但三者与未使用骨瓣组有显著统计学差异。
