目的:观察针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将149例确诊为神经根型颈椎病的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组76例,采用针灸配合TDP照射治疗,对照组73例,采用牵引治疗。并分别观察两组患者症状评分。结果:治疗组总显效率86.84%,对照组75.35%(P lt;0.05)。治疗组痊愈率28.95%,对照组16.44%(P lt;0.05)。结论:针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病有效,优于对照组,结果有统计学意义。
