胃癌在我国的发病率较高，由于肿瘤自身消耗、梗阻所致进食不畅、体重进行性下降、就诊时间晚等因素，机体往往处于严重营养不良状态，从而影响患者术后恢复及生存质量。近年来，营养支持在胃癌患者中的应用成为临床研究的热点之一，现回顾分析相关文献，对营养支持在胃癌患者围手术期的应用现状进行综述。
