血清Rho激酶2与脑梗死后神经功能的关系

目的研究脑梗死后血清Rho激酶2（ROCK2）的浓度与神经功能之间的关系。 方法选取2010年7月-2012年7月住院的存在肢体瘫痪的脑梗死患者60例，在发病的第1、3、7、14天分别进行神经功能缺损评分，并在相同时间采血样检测血清ROCK2浓度，分析二者之间的关系。 结果在发病的第1、3、7、14天，患者血清ROCK2浓度与神经功能缺损评分无明显相关性（r=-0.037、-0.056、-0.056、-0.113，P＞0.05）。从脑梗死第1～14天整个病程来看，血清ROCK2浓度与神经功能缺损评分也无明显相关性（r=0.006，P＞0.05）。 结论在脑梗死发病最初的2周内，血清ROCK2浓度与神经功能缺损评分均无明显相关性。
