目的:总结汶川地震损伤院内急救护理的特点,探讨灾害事件中急诊护士蕴藏的救援能力及今后灾害护理学应关注及建设规范的任务及课题。方法:通过对2118例地震损伤伤员的护理救护活动进行分析、总结经验。结果:根据院内救治地震损伤例数数量排前几位的依次分为开放性伤口851例、闭合性伤口809例、多发伤322例、伤口感染86例、气性坏疽32例、肢体离断伤18例、死亡2例。结论:灾害损伤与急救护理密不可分。灾害应急护理是一个需要探索、重视、实践长期建设规划的任务及课题.
Objective To evaluate the effect of physician-nurse-pharmacist collaboration on cardiovascular disease risk factors in diabetes patients. Methods Randomized controlled trails (RCTs) on collaboration among physicians, nurses and pharmacists for reducing cardiovascular disease risk factors in diabetes patients were collected from Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Medline (Ovid SP), Embase, China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database, VIP and WanFang. We screened the retrieved studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluated the quality of included studies, and then performed meta-analysis with the Cochrane Collaboration’s Revman 5.3.0 software. Results Seven RCTs were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the change in glycosylated hemoglobin A1c, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol were significantly reduced in the collaboration group than in usual care group [SMD=–0.39, 95%CI (–0.56, –0.21),P<0.000 1;SMD=–0.30, 95%CI (–0.43, –0.18),P<0.000 01;SMD=–0.37, 95%CI (–0.64, –0.11),P=0.006;SMD=–0.11, 95%CI (–0.16, –0.06),P<0.000 1]. Conclusions Collaboration among physicians, nurses and pharmacists is effective for reducing cardiovascular disease risk factors in diabetes patients. But its long-term efficacy still needs to be confirmed by performing higher quality, large sample RCTs with long-term follow-up.
目的:研究领悟社会支持对护士生命质量的影响,进一步探讨领悟社会支持的作用,为提高护士身心健康水平提供依据和支持。方法:用WHOQOL-100量表中文版和领悟社会支持量表对我市三所二级甲等医院的499名护士进行问卷调查。结果:①护士生命质量总分较差。②护士领悟社会支持总分处于中等水平。③护士生命质量的各领域与社会支持均呈显著正相关。即社会支持越好,生命质量越高。结论:社会支持与个体心理健康有密切的关系。护士应主动寻求有效的、可利用的社会支持。护理管理人员则应培养护士良好的生理、心理状态和社会适应能力,从而使其生命质量得到提高。
目的 调查规范化培训护士的职业自我概念现状,以期为其培训方案提供参考依据。 方法 2010年10月-11月采用护理专业自我概念量表对某三甲综合医院2009级、2010级175名规范化培训护士进行面对面问卷调查。 结果 88.37%规范化培训护士职业自我概念积极,5个维度得分从高到低分别是沟通交流、技能、灵活性、领导、满意度。2010级规范化培训护士职业自我概念总得分(t=?2.027,P=0.044)及领导维度得分(t=?3.258,P=0.001)高于2009级者,而技能(t=2.120,P=0.036)、灵活性(t=2.054,P=0.042)维度得分低于2009级;有职业兴趣的规范化培训护士其领导维度得分高于无职业兴趣的规范化培训护士(t=2.063,P=0.043)。 结论 护士规范化培训中除注重技能培训外还应加入情感教育课程,建立领导能力评价体系等。
ObjectiveTo explore the management mode of head nurse-grading training, in order to enhance the management of nursing care and promote nursing quality. MethodFrom June 2013 to June 2014, we established head nurse-grading training management institutions and designed the head nurse-grading training management scheme, based on which we carried out training for assistant nurses, nursing officers, and new and old head nurses. The effects were compared before and after the training. ResultsAfter the implementation of grading training of head nurses, the quality of nursing management, nursing quality, satisfaction of nurses and patients were all significantly improved (P<0.05). ConclusionsGrading training for head nurses and let the most appropriate nursing staff work at the best of time on the most needed jobs can constantly improve quality of care and meet the needs of nurses and patients.
