为了解我国南方地区肺栓塞的现状,通过检索中国医院数字图书馆近9年(1999年~2008年)南方地区正式发表的与肺栓塞和深静脉血栓有关的论文共1288篇,进行了统计分析,发现:1、中国南方地区肺栓塞的发现数量逐年增加,且增幅明显;2、诊断水准达到一定程度的部分南方医院,诊断治疗肺栓塞的数量明显高于其他医院,并不比中国北方同类医院低;3、肺栓塞的漏诊、误诊现象依然普遍存在,提高认知和诊治水准仍然是今后工作的方向。
We have made a statistic analysis on all the theses carried in the 31 issues of the journal of The Ocular Fundus published in the nine years from its first issue to the change of its title by using the method of informetrics.The results show that the journal carries 18.03 original papers each issue on the average,and the average citation is 6.54 articles each paper.The main sources of the information for the authors of the ocular fundus diseases in China is from the periodicals (78.65%).The language for the citation is mainly English(58.39%).The half-life periods for Chinese and English periodicals are 3.67 years and 8.42 years respectively.We recommend 4 Chinese periodicals,6 English periodicals and 1 Japanese periodical as the key periodicals of this special field.This study reflects the present situation and future trend of the special field of oculare fundus diseases of China's ophthalmology.It provides reference materials for authorship in this field and data for infomation science.It is also part of the summary about the journal of The Ocular Fundus. ObjectiveTo explore the current status of nursing researches about catheter-related infections in recent 5 years in China, and provide reference for further research.MethodsThe China National Knowledge Infrastructure database and Wangfang database were selected to search for literature about catheter-related infections published in recent 5 years in 10 nursing journals of Statistic Source, with the terms of " catheter-related bloodstream infection” or " ventilator-associated pneumonia” or " catheter-related urinary tract infection”. Statistical analysis was conducted.ResultsA total of 216 papers were included. The number of papers was not increased year by year. In terms of the object of study, the studies on ventilator-associated pneumonia were the most, accounting for 71.3%. Only 36.5% of the studies had accurate diagnostic criteria. In terms of the type of study, experimental studies were the most (109 articles). The content was concentrated on the best practice intervention studies (149 articles). The data collection methods gave priority to active surveillance/screening, including 113 articles.ConclusionsThe present focused attention is not enough to the researches about catheter-related infections in nursing field, and rigorous design is lacking in published studies. There are only a few nursing studies about catheter-related infections with high quality and high level of evidence. The quantity and quality of nursing researches about catheter-related infections still need to be improved. Nurses should pay more attention to the control and prevention of catheter-related infections, and should improve their research capacity.
ObjectiveTo investigate the hotspots and frontiers and to reveal research trends of cirrhosis with portal vein thrombosis (PVT) by visual analysis.MethodsWe explored the distributions, key citations and research trends of articles on cirrhosis with PVT published from 1991 to 2020 by citation analysis, co-word analysis, and burst detection by information visual software CiteSpace.ResultsThe quantity of articles on cirrhosis with PVT had been increasing over time. The management of PVT remained the hotspots, while the efficacy and prognosis of anticoagulation of PVT as well as the risk factors and underlying mechanisms of PVT had been frontiers in recent years.ConclusionsAnticoagulation and risk factors have been hotspots and frontiers in recent years.
Efficient disciplinary management in hospitals plays an important role in improving the level of medical services, promoting talent development, elevating research levels, and enhancing the overall strength of hospitals. At present, large comprehensive hospitals are facing increasingly complex challenges and problems in disciplinary construction and management. Bibliometrics, as a tool for literature analysis and evaluation, can assist hospitals in carrying out disciplinary management. This article explores the application and value of bibliometrics in hospital disciplinary management from the perspectives of disciplinary planning, optimizing resource allocation, evaluating disciplinary level, and exploring hot topics and development trends in disciplinary fields, and hopes to provide reference and ideas for peers.
Objective To systematically analyze and compare the research literature of thoracic surgery simulation-based medical education (SBME) at home and abroad, and provide ideas for the future development of thoracic surgery SBME in China. Methods Using word frequency analysis and cluster analysis as analysis methods, CiteSpace visualization software and Excel statistical software as tools, the domestic and foreign SBME literature retrieved from PubMed and CNKI databases were visualized and statistically analyzed respectively. Results A total of 2 491 domestic and foreign literature on SBME in thoracic surgery were included. The annual number of foreign publications showed an increasing trend. The top three countries in terms of number of publications were the USA (n=581), Canada (n=105) and Germany (n=57); "cardiac surgery", "medical knowledge medical knowledge" and "medical education" are the hotspots of research in the direction of thoracic surgery simulation, while "lung cancer", "surgical training" and "3D printing" were still in the process of explosion. The core research themes were endoscope simulation trainer, scenario-based simulation teaching methods, standardized patients and virtual reality models. Conclusion Domestic SBME in thoracic surgery should learn from foreign development experience, keep up with the frontier and integrate cutting-edge technology, innovate the curriculum and offer non-technical skills teaching, and improve the system and focus on software construction.
ObjectiveTo summarize the development status, hot spots, and trends of radical thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer in recent 10 years by analyzing the data and atlas of the literatures related to radical thyroidectomy.MethodsLiteratures statistics and analysis technique of CiteSpace5.1 software were used to analyze the literatures related to radical resection of thyroid cancer, which were collected in CNKI database from January 1, 2008 to December 30, 2017, in order to obtain the trend of annual publication volume change, author and keyword clustering, and co-occurrence.ResultsFor the annual volume of articles, 148 articles were published from 2014 to 2017, with the authors clustering to6 groups with frequent frequency. Most of the authors were independent authors. The study focused on differentiated thyroid carcinoma, lymph node dissection and endoscopic surgery, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, postoperative infection, decreased blood calcium, perioperative nursing, and preemptive analgesia. There were 35 keywords with order ≥ 6times, 8 keywords in cluster series, and 13 prominent words in the period from 2008 to 2017.ConclusionsThe literature of radical thyroidectomy developed rapidly from 2014 to 2017. Conducting horizontal joint research, cross-sectoral, cross-disciplinary research, and molecular diagnosis research are the deficiency of current research, and it should become the trend of research development.
With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, great progress has been made in the application of AI in the medical field. While foreign journals have published a large number of papers on the application of AI in epilepsy, there is a dearth of studies within domestic journals. In order to understand the global research progress and development trend of AI applications in epilepsy, a total of 895 papers on AI applications in epilepsy included in the Web of Science Core Collection and published before December 31, 2022 were selected as the research objects. The annual number of papers and their cited times, the most published authors, institutions and countries, and their cooperative relationships were analyzed, and the research hotspots and future trends in this field were explored by using bibliometrics and other methods. The results showed that before 2016, the annual number of papers on the application of AI in epilepsy increased slowly, and after 2017, the number of publications increased rapidly. The United States had the largest number of papers (n=273), followed by China (n=195). The institution with the largest number of papers was the University of London (n=36), and Capital Medical University in China had 23 papers. The author with the most published papers was Gregory Worrell (n=14), and the scholar with the most published articles in China was Guo Jiayan from Xiamen University (n=7). The application of machine learning in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy is an early research focus in this field, while the seizure prediction model based on EEG feature extraction, deep learning especially convolutional neural network application in epilepsy diagnosis, and cloud computing application in epilepsy healthcare, are the current research priorities in this field. AI-based EEG feature extraction, the application of deep learning in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, and the Internet of things to solve epilepsy health-related problems are the research aims of this field in the future.

ObjectiveTo analyze the papers in cardiovascular surgery field indexed by SCI-Expended between 2008 year and 2012 year from the authors in Chinese Mainland. MethodsWe searched Web of Science database(2008-2012)on-line and collected the papers on cardiovascular surgery written by the authors in Chinese Mainland. The data of publication time, type of article, journal name, and author name were recorded. ResultsA total of 427 papers in cardio-vascular surgery field were published from Chinese Mainland including 401 original articles, 10 conference papers, and 16 reviews. Although the number of papers has been increasing since 2008 year, the increase slowed down recently. Most of those authors came from few heart centers in Beijing, Guangdong, and Shanghai. Most of these papers were published in 7 journals in cardiovascular surgery field with low impact factor. ConclusionThe authors in Chinese Mainland in cardiovascular field should design more scientific research and improve academic level of paper with high quote rate.
