目的总结磁共振胰胆管造影（MRCP）在腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）前胆道评估中的应用价值。
方法回顾性分析2012年9月至2014年6月期间于哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医院施行LC的213例胆囊结石患者的临床资料，所有患者术前均行B超检查和MRCP检查。
结果在胆总管结石方面，B超检查的灵敏度为67.7%（21/31），特异度为100%（182/182），准确率为95.3%（203/213），MRCP检查分别为96.8%（30/31）、100%（182/182）及99.5%（212/213）。MRCP检查的灵敏度和准确率均较高。在诊断肝外胆管变异方面，B超检查的灵敏度为63.2%（12/19），特异度为98.5%（191/194），准确率为95.3%（203/213），MRCP检查分别为100%（19/19）、100%（194/194）及100%（213/213）。MRCP检查的灵敏度、特异度和准确率均较高。
结论胆囊结石患者术前应常规行MRCP检查，其可明确是否存在肝外胆管变异及胆总管结石，该检查可最大限度地避免胆管损伤和避免遗漏胆总管结石。

目的探讨乳腺癌术中应用超声刀（UAS）行腋窝淋巴结清扫预防术后皮下积液的临床效果。
方法回顾性分析2012年9月至2015年1月期间哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的200例乳腺癌患者的临床资料，200例患者均行乳腺癌改良根治手术，其中100例患者应用UAS行腋窝淋巴结清扫（UAS组），另外100例患者应用电刀（EI）行腋窝淋巴结清扫（EI组）。比较2组患者术后3 d引流管引出量和术后皮下积液的发生情况。
结果UAS组术后3 d引流管引出量及皮下积液发生率明显较EI组少或低（P＜0.05）。
结论乳腺癌手术中应用UAS行腋窝淋巴结清扫可明显减少患者术后皮下积液的发生，值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo summarize the research progress of black cohosh root extract in the treatment of menopausal symptoms for patients with breast cancer.
MethodsDomestic and foreign literatures about the effect of black cohosh root extract in the treatment of menopausal symptoms for patients with breast cancer were collected to make a review.
ResultsBlack cohosh root extract was a kind of herbal preparations. In the treatment of menopausal symptoms in breast cancer patients, it not only had significantly curative effect but also had less adverse reactions.
ConclusionsIn the treatment of menopausal symptoms in breast cancer patients, black cohosh root extract gives people a new treatment idea. It has significant side effect and can be widely promoted and applied in clinical.
