  • 180例血液科住院患者护理满意度调查分析及对策

    目的:通过调查找出护理工作的薄弱环节,分析原因提出对策,提高护理服务质量。方法:对2007年1~12月血液科住院患者的护理满意度进行调查,选择住院3天以上、神志清楚、能阅读文字或可以正确回答问题的患者,每月10日发放调查表15份,调查内容包括护士长接待、服务态度、巡视病房、指导服药、护理技术、入院宣教、健康教育、病房环境及护理总体评价。结果:病房环境满意度为88.7%;其他项目满意度均在96.0%以上。结论:随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深入,患者对住院环境、疾病知识介绍、护理技术等要求也在不断提高。

  • 慢性肺原性心脏病患者的人文关怀护理

    目的:研究对慢性肺原性心脏病实施人文关怀护理的效果。方法:根据单日和双日住院区分,选择我院呼吸科2008年10~12月的单日住院的慢性肺心病住院患者38例作为对照组, 2008年10~12月的双日住院的慢性肺心病住院患者39例作为实验组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理,。采用自行设计的问卷调查表调查两组患者对护理工作的满意度,并将两组患者的满意度评分分数进行t检验。结果:实验组肺心病患者对工作的满意度评分分数为(53.36±3.17)分,对照组肺心病患者对护理工作的满意度评分分数为(47.47±3.90)分,t=7.28,Plt;0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论: 人文关怀护理使慢性肺原性心脏病患者对护理工作的满意度得到提升,有利于提高肺心病老年人的生命质量和构建和谐护患关系。

  • Investigation and analysis of humanistic care on improving the experience of inpatients

    Objective To understand the effect and influencing factors of humanistic care on improving the experience of inpatients. Methods Patients were collected from a third grade class A women’s and children’s hospital in June 2015 and June 2016, and their satisfaction was investigated by a third party. The service items of Inpatients Satisfaction Item Score Table in 2015 were analyzed. Appropriate intervention measures were taken to low-score items, such as humanistic knowledge training to all medical staff, improvement health guidelines, implementation of recycling process, carrying out high quality nursing interventions, and so on. The patients satisfaction survey results in 2016 were compared with those of 2015. Results In 2016, the total satisfaction rate (89.94%), and the average score of items ranked the top three (94.64±0.14), including the level of medical technology, medical ethics and the overall evaluation of doctor’s professional ehtics, medical communication and service attitude, were higher than those of 2015 (85.25, 90.86±1.53). The average score of items ranked the last three (89.25±9.21), including hospital ward, hospital environment (clean, quiet and safe), hospital meals and room service, and hospital food quality, was higher than that of 2015 (78.64±2.40). However, compared with the same period in the last year, the rank of hospital environment fell by two places. Conclusions Hardware conditions like physical environment have an important impact on the experience of hospital patients. However,  humanistic care is the key factor to improve the patients’ inpatient experience and satisfaction.

  • 影响我院门诊患者满意度的因素分析及解决方案

    目的:分析影响门诊患者满意度的因素,并提出有针对性的解决方案。方法:2008年随机对笔者所在医院门诊患者满意度问卷调查2000例,患者需求、基本情况随机问卷调查1000例,对调查统计结果进行分析。结果:2008年度笔者所在医院门诊患者综合满意度为85.24%,其中满意度最低的单项为挂号、等候时间及服务态度;收集的主要批评意见包括(按意见多少排序):挂号难;检查、就诊等候时间长;部分工作人员服务态度差等。结论:影响医院门诊患者满意度的主要因素包括:挂号难(号源不能满足需求)、等候时间长以及部分工作人员服务态度差等问题。笔者对此提出了相应的解决方案。

  • 护理干预在青光眼滤过术患者治疗中的作用及满意度影响

    目的讨论护理干预对青光眼滤过术患者的效果及满意度影响。 方法将2012年1月-2014年6月收治的行青光眼滤过术患者120例,随机分成干预组和对照组各60例,对照组进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行个体化综合护理干预,比较两组患者术后并发症、眼压改善率和护理满意度。 结果干预组患者在手术前日的焦虑情绪明显低于对照组(P<0.05),住院满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组眼压改善情况及并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论有效的护理干预有助于缓解患者术前焦虑情绪,增加护理服务满意度,促进患者早日康复。

  • Effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with autoimmune encephalitis

    ObjectiveTo explore the effect of comprehensive nursing service in patients with autoimmune encephalitis (AE).Methods32 patients with AE were selected and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019. There are 16 patients in the observation group and the control group respectively. The observation group received comprehensive nursing service and the control group received routine nursing intervention. Total satisfaction of clinical nursing was compared between the two groups.ResultsCompared with 10 cases (62.50%) in the control group, 15 cases (93.75%) in the observation group had better overall nursing satisfaction, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionsFor patients with AE, comprehensive nursing service can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, which has clinical application value.

  • Surveys on Medical Documents Filling Status and Its Influence on Patient Satisfaction

    目的 调查医疗文书填写现状并探讨其对患者满意度之间的影响。 方法 2012年10月-12月以呼吸内科住院的患者为调查对象,调查其医疗文书完成情况,统计医疗文书缺项数目。同时参考国内外患者满意度研究,自制满意度调查表,调查患者对医务人员满意度;分析医疗文书缺项数目对患者满意度的影响。 结果 研究共纳入151例患者,共有126份医疗文书存在不同程度填写缺陷,占83.44%,平均缺项(11.58 ± 11.63)条。总体患者就医满意度为6.85分,与医疗文书缺项数目呈现负相关性(R=?0.602,P=0.001)。患者性别、年龄、文化程度、付费方式和住院天数与患者满意度无相关性。 结论 医疗文书缺项数目较多、完成质量不高。需要加强医务人员对于医疗文书完成质量的重视程度。

  • Analysis on the Influence of “High-quality Care Service” on Patients’ Satisfaction

    目的 进行护理服务满意度调查,比较和评价开展优质护理服务的效果。 方法 对2009年3月-9月和2010年3月-9月眼科住院患者采用问卷调查方式,了解开展优质护理服务前后患者对护理服务的满意度,并分析相关影响因素。 结果 开展优质护理服务后患者满意度提高,与未开展前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 开展优质护理服务,夯实基础护理,强化和改善护理人员的护理服务意识、服务态度,对提高护理质量及患者满意度有重要意义。

  • Application of Personalized Health Education in Patients Undergoing Day Surgery

    ObjectiveTo carry out health education to day surgery patients, assist the smoothness of their operation, promote early recovery of patients and improve the quality of nursing and patients' degree of satisfaction. MethodsA total of 1 888 operations from January to May, 2013 were chosen to be the control group; and 2 136 operations from January to May, 2014 were regarded as the trail group. Patients in the control group accepted routine nursing and health education, while patients in the trail group accepted health education before and after surgery, and through telephone during the follow-up period. ResultsThe rate of failure to keep the appointment, the readmission rates, and the satisfaction rate to the nursing work were 0.28%, 0.94% and 94.71% respectively in the trial group, while were 3.50%, 3.07%, and 90.20%, respectively in the control group. the differeces between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). ConclusionPersonalized health education can ensure the smooth operation of day surgery, advance wound healing of the patients, and improve the day surgery ward care quality and patient satisfaction.
