【摘要】 目的 探讨125I粒子植入治疗中晚期胰腺癌的临床并发症及相关护理措施。 方法 回顾分析2006年10月-2010年4月121例行125I粒子植入治疗的胰腺癌患者的临床治疗及护理,采取积极有效的护理措施,预防及处理并发症,促进患者康复。 结果 121例患者接受放射性125I粒子植入治疗后,7例出现胰瘘,13例出现胃肠道反应,经对症处理和精心护理后均治愈。 结论 125I粒子组织间植入近距离治疗中晚期胰腺癌近期疗效好、安全、副反应少,良好的护理对改善中晚期胰腺癌患者预后具有重要意义。【Abstract】 Objective To observe the complications in patients with middle and advanced pancreatic carcinoma due to treatment of 125I particle implantation, and the investigate the proper nursing methods. Methods The clinical data including the therapy and nursing methods for the complications in 121 patients with middle and advanced pancreatic carcinoma due to treatment of 125I particle implantation from October 2006 to October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment and care for complication were analyzed. Results In the 121 patients who had been treated by 125I particle, pancreatic fistula occurred in seven, and severe gastrointestinal upset was found in 13. The patients with the complications recovered after postoperative treatment and nursing. Conclusion 125I particle implantation for patients with middle and advanced pancreatic carcinoma is effective and safe with a few side reactions; proper nursing is important to improve the prognosis.
目的:调查规范化护士培训质量,了解受训护士对培训工作的感受及需求。方法:采取自制问卷,分20个条目对接受规范化培训的320名护士进行问卷调查。采用5级评分法进行质量评价。结果:医院30个科室培训质量平均得分为82.9分,在调查条目中得分最高的前三位分别是:科室护士长支持、临床护理老师的专业基础理论和专科护理理论方面(得分:4.48、4.44、4.34)。得分最低的后三位分别是:培训科室其他护理老师的教学意识、临床护理老师因材施教和带教老师对学员工作的及时肯定(得分:3.55、3.75、3.88)。结论:医院护士规范化培训管理工作有待进一步完善和加强,护士规范化培训对新进护理人员专业能力培养具有积极的促进作用。加强护理部对临床科室护士培训的规范化管理,强化科室护理人员教育意识和教学能力是保证科室规范化护士培训质量的关键。
ObjectiveTo compare attitudes of nursing undergraduates to patients with mental illness before and after learning psychiatric nursing course and provide evidence for the improvement of teaching of the course. MethodsStigma scale to patients with mental illness was used as a questionnaire for collecting data, which was conducted on nursing undergraduates taking psychiatric nursing course between March and June 2012. Paired t-test was used to compare the differences between students' attitudes before and after learning the course. ResultsSignificant difference was found for danger factor (P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in the social isolation factor and social ability factor before and after the psychiatric nursing course (P>0.05). ConclusionPsychiatric nursing course has a great influence on students' evaluation of the danger of patients with mental illness which reduces the discrimination against the patients.
ObjectivesTo survey the features of reservation bed and investigate the factors of hospital operation which may affect the patient loyalty of reservation bed in large general hospital. MethodsAll patients who reserved bed before July 2013 in hospital service center of a large general hospital were investigated by questionnaire in telephone and collected the basic data. Measurement index was designed to conclude the characteristics of patient loyalty of reservation bed in different departments. Multivariate statistical analysis was used to analyze the influence factors of patient loyalty. ResultsIn the large general hospital, significant difference was found in patient loyalty of reservation bed in different departments. The diversity was mainly impacted by average waiting time of admission, cancelling waiting length, loyalty of patient inside the province, average length of stay, readmission rate on the day of discharge. ConclusionLarge general hospital should pay more attention to dynamic monitoring and disclosure of supply and demand information of bed resources, to improve the management of beds resources and optimize reservation system, to elevate patient's loyalty of reservation bed in hospital.
Objective To probe into the influence of hospital-community seamless recovery mode on quality of life in schizophrenia patients. Methods Fifty-six patients with stable condition discharged from hospital in 2011 were recruited. All the patients accepted hospital-community seamless recovery mode based on rehabilitation inside the hospital. Personal and social performance scale (PSP) and family APGAR (adaptability, partnership, growth, affection, resolve) index were used to evaluate the change of social function and family APGAR index at the beginning of the study, 3 months and 6 months after this research. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results Scores of APGAR scale and PSP scale of patients 3 months and 6 months after rehabilitation training were significantly higher than those before the training (P<0.05). APGAR scale and PSP scale had positive correlation. As APGAR score increased, PSP score also increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Hospital-community seamless recovery mode can improve the quality of life and promote rehabilitation positively in patients with schizophrenia.
