目的 系统评价中药单独或联合西药口服治疗痤疮的疗效及安全性。 方法 计算机检索Medline、Cochrane图书馆、EMbase光盘数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库。收集所有相关随机对照试验,筛选文献、提取资料和进行质量评价及数据分析。 结果 共纳入33个随机对照试验,15个研究提示中药单独口服治疗痤疮的效果优于西药,6个研究提示中西药联合口服治疗痤疮的效果优于西药。常见的不良反应有胃肠道不适、大便稀溏、唇炎、口干、皮肤干燥脱屑、经期延后,所有不良反应均不影响继续治疗。 结论 有限的证据表明,中药口服治疗痤疮的疗效好于西药口服,且不良反应轻微。
【摘要】 目的 系统评价丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性。 方法 计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、EMBase、CBM、VIP、CNKI数据库,起止时间均从建库至2009年9月。手工检索其他皮肤病相关杂志。对纳入的丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮的随机对照试验(RCT)进行质量评价,并进行Meta分析。 结果 共纳入11个RCT,但其质量普遍不高。Meta分析结果显示,丹参酮在治疗寻常痤疮相比于抗生素治疗,其有效率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义[RR=1.38,95%CI(1.25,1.51),Plt;0.000 01],其不良反应发生概率明显低于对照组,统计学意义[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.22,0.46),Plt;0.000 01]。 结论 丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性优于抗生素治疗。但由于纳入研究少,研究质量普遍不高,上述结果有待高质量大样本的随机双盲对照试验加以验证。【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of danshinone in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods The Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBase,CBM,VIP and CNKI database were searched from established time to September 2009. Manual testing other dermatosis related magazines. Randomized controlled trails (RCTs) that included were evaluated and analyzed by the software RevMan 5.0. Results Eleven studies were included,but their quality were not high. The result of Meta analysis demonstrated that there were statistical differences of indexes between groups as total effective rate [RR=1.38, 95%CI (1.25,1.51),Plt;0.000 01] and adverse reactions [OR=0.32,95%CI(0.22,0.46),Plt;0.000 01]. Conclusions The preliminary results of the system evaluation indicates that danshinone is safe and effective for acne vulgaris. However, due to the limited quantity and quality of the included studies, the results suggest that further and larger-scale trials using tanshinone for acne vulgaris are needed.
目的:研究维胺酯胶囊联合强的松治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:120例痤疮患者按随机化原则分配至治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用口服维胺酯胶囊(50mg tid),同时口服强的松(5mg qn),连续服用30d为1疗程。对照组采用口服罗红霉素(0.15g bid),安体舒通20mg tid,连续服用30d为1疗程。两组同时外用氯林液。结果:治疗组的有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(72%),经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.23,Plt;0.05)。结论:维胺酯胶囊联合强的松治疗中重度痤疮临床疗效好且安全。
摘要:目的: 观察01%他扎罗汀乳膏(乐为)治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 :以轻中度痤疮患者40例,随机分为治疗组20例,外用01%他扎罗汀乳膏每晚1次,连用4周;对照组20例,外用01%维A酸霜每晚1次,连用4周,停药后观察疗效。 结果 : 治疗组基愈8例,显效7例,总有效率75%; 对照组基愈5例,显效6例,总有效率55%。两组结果经统计学处理,差异有显著性,P lt;005。 结论 : 他扎罗汀乳膏治疗寻常型痤疮安全、有效。Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 01% Tazarotene Cream (Tazhaluoting Rugao)in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods : 40 patients, diagnosed clinically to have mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly and averagely assigned to two groups. 01% Tazarotene Cream and 01%Tretinoin Cream were used respectively daily night for 4 weeks on these two groups. Observe the efficacy after the ointment withdrawal. Results : 8 patients were basically cured and 7 improved in the experiment group, the total effective rate was 750%. 5 patients were basically cured and 6 improved in the control group, the total effective rate was 550%. There is significant difference between these two groups statistically (P lt;005). Conclusion : Tazarotene Cream is quite effective and safe in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy (PDT) for acne vulgaris. MethodsPubMed, EMbase, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP databases were electronically searched from inception to August 9th, 2013, to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about PDT for acne vulgaris. References of included studies were also retrieved. Two reviewers independently screened literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. Then, meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software. ResultsA total of 8 RCTs involving 271 patients were included. Because the interventions of included RCTs were different, meta-analysis or descriptive analysis was conducted for studies with the same intervention. The results of meta-analysis showed that ALA-red light-PDT was better than red light alone in clinical remission rate (RR=1.78, 95%CI 1.30 to 2.43, P<0.05). The results of descriptive analysis showed that:the effect of ALA-IPL-PDT was better than IPL alone, the effect of MAL-red light-PDT was better than red light alone, and the effect of MAL-red light-PDT was similar to MAL-IPL-PDT. ConclusionCurrent evidence shows PDT is effective for acne vulgaris. Adverse reactions including burning pricking pain, erythema, hydroderma, hyperpigmentation and acneiform eruption etc. are tolerated by most patients. Due to limited quantity and quality of the included studies, more high-quality studies are needed to verify the above conclusion.
ObjectivesTo systematically review the prevalence of rosacea in China.MethodsPubMed, The Cochrane Library, EMbase, CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP databases were electronically searched to collect literature of the prevalence of rosacea in China from inception to September 5th, 2018. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and then meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 12.0 software.ResultsA total of 54 studies were included. The pooled prevalence of rosacea from 44 population-based or community-based studies was 0.27% (95%CI 0.22 to 0.32) and from 10 hospital-based studies was 1.47% (95%CI 1.08 to 1.86). Based on population-based or community-based studies, the highest prevalence was in the early 1980s (2.19%), followed by a gradual decline, to the lowest (0.17%) in the early 1990s, after that the prevalence increased to 1.24% till 2015. Based on hospital-based studies, the prevalence had a maximum of 4.64% in the past decade. The Northwest China and North China had higher prevalence of rosacea (population-based or community-based studies: 1.24% in Northwest China, 1.1% in North China; hospital-based studies: 6.03% in Northwest China, 2.83% in North China). The prevalence in East China and South China was relatively low (population-based or community-based studies: 0.02% in East China and 0.32% in South China; Hospital-based studies: 0.28% in South China). The prevalence of rosacea in female (0.36%) was higher than that of male (0.19%) in population-based or community-based studies.ConclusionsIn China, the pooled prevalence of rosacea is 0.27% in population-based or community-based studies and 1.47% in hospital-based studies. Rosacea is common in North China and Northwest China. Female has higher prevalence than male.
Objective To screen the differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in rosacea using bioinformatics analysis. Methods The GSE65914 gene chipset was collected from the Gene Expression Omnibus (up to July 12th, 2021). It was searched according to the keyword “rosacea”. The data was analyzed by GEO2R platform. The common differential genes of three subtypes of rosacea were screened out. The online DAVID analysis tool was used to perform the gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis. Protein-protein interaction networks of differentially expressed genes were made by String and Cytoscape. The key modules and genes were screened by Mcode and Cytohubba. Results A total of 957 common differential genes were identified, including 533 up-regulated genes and 424 down-regulated genes. GO enrichment analysis showed that these genes were mainly involved in immune response, inflammatory response, intercellular signal transduction, positive regulation of T cell proliferation, chemokine signaling pathways, cell surface receptor signaling pathways, cellular response to interferon-γ, and other biological processes. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis mainly included cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, rheumatoid arthritis, chemokine signaling pathway, PPAR signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, nuclear transcription factor-κB signaling pathway, tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway and other signaling pathways. Cytohubba analysis revealed 10 key genes, including PTPRC, MMP9, CCR5, IL1B, TLR2, STAT1, CXCR4, CXCL10, CCL5 and VCAM1. Conclusion The key genes and related pathways may play an important role in the pathogenesis of rosacea.
Objective To evaluate the disease burden of acne vulgaris in China from 1990 to 2019 and to provide references for the prevention and control of acne vulgaris in China. MethodsThe quantity of incidences/illnesses, age-standardized incidence/prevalence rates, disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), and DALY rate of acne vulgaris in China from 1990 to 2019 which were derived from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2019 were evaluated. The epidemiological trends, age-birth-cohort trends, and the relationship between the incidence and sociodemographic index (SDI) were also analyzed. Results In 2019, the prevalence and incidence of acne vulgaris in China were higher than the global average. The quantity of patients was slightly higher in 2019 than that in 1990 (3.91%), and the prevalence, incidence, and DALY rate showed a continuous growth trend. The incidence of acne vulgaris peaked at 10 to 14 years old. Acne vulgaris mostly affected young males, and its prevalence peaked at approximately 15 to 19 years old. With these two age groups as the boundary, there was a trend of the prevalence of acne vulgaris increasing initially and then decreasing. Obvious gender differences existed for acne vulgaris diagnoses, and most of the above indicators were shown at a higher level in females than in males. The age period cohort analysis showed that the incidence rate of acne vulgaris in China from 1990 to 2019 was significantly different from the net drift, age effect, period effect and cohort effect. As the SDI value increased, the incidence of acne vulgaris showed a linear growth trend. Conclusions From 1990 to 2019, the burden of acne disease in China increases significantly.
