ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical efficacy of decitabine contained chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients.MethodsA total of 101 patients with relapsed or refractory AML from May 2014 to December 2017 were collected retrospectively. Three schemes with a relatively larger number of users were included: 15 cases were treated with decitabine monotherapy (DAC regime); 37 cases were treated with decitabine, anthracycline antibiotic, and cytarabine (D-DA regime); and 49 cases were treated with decitabine, cytarabine, aclarubicin, and granulocyte colony-stimulatingfactor (G-CSF) (D-CAG regimen). The remission rate, blood products support strength, degree and duration of bone marrow suppression, adverse reaction, and survival time were compared.ResultsThe complete remission (CR) rates of DAC, D-DA and D-CAG regimen group were 40.0%, 48.6%, and 71.4%, respectively; the overall respond rates (ORR) were 46.7%, 54.1%, and 79.6%, respectively. The ORR in D-CAG regimen group was higher than those in the other two groups (P<0.017). The dosage of G-CSF in D-CAG regimen group were lower than those in DAC regimen group [ (1 363.0±1 037.9) vs. (2 517.0±1 163.4) μg, P<0.05]; the mean number of erythrocyte transfusion and the dosage of G-CSF were lower than those in D-DA regimen group [(6.7±4.0) vs. (14.8±10.1) U, P<0.05; (1 363.0±1 037.9) vs. (2 786.0±1474.0) μg, P<0.05]; the time to the suppression of hemoglobin and platelet in D-CAG regimen group were later than those in D-DA regimen group [(11.5±2.6) vs. (8.8±2.5) days, P=0.007; (10.9±2.6) vs. (7.6±2.5) days, P=0.002]; the time to the suppression of platelet was later than that in DAC regimen group [(10.9±2.6) vs. (7.6±1.6) days, P=0.003]. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reations among the three group (P>0.05). The median overall survival of D-CAG regimen group was longer than that in DAC regimen group (11.6 vs. 8.8 months, P=0.013).ConclusionAmong the three chemotherapy regimens containing decitabine, the CR and ORR of D-CAG regimen are higher, the tolerance is better, and further promotion can be attempted in qualified medical institutions.
Objective To study the relationship between sagittal facet joint and degenerative lumber spondylolisthesis (DLS) by observing the changes of the lumbar facet joint angle. Methods Fifty-seven patients with DLS who met the inclusion criteria between January 2013 and February 2016 were collected (DLS group). There were 26 males and 31 females, with the mean age of 54.0 years (range, 34-84 years). Forty patients without DLS at same stage were collected as control group. There were 23 males and 17 females with the mean age of 55.6 years (range, 29-82 years). There was no significant difference in gender and age between 2 groups (P>0.05). The lumbar facet joint angles were measured and compared by MRI scanning images in 2 groups. In DLS group, X-ray films were used to evaluated the degree of the lumbar spondylolisthesis on the basis of the Meyerding standard, and compared the facet joint angles between patients of different DLS degree. Results Facet joint angles in the DLS group [(34.18± 4.81)°] were significantly smaller than those in control group [(45.87±1.09)°] (t=15.073, P=0.000). In DLS group, the patients were rated as degree Ⅰ in 24 cases, degree Ⅱ in 19 cases, degree Ⅲ in 14 cases. As the degree of DLS increased, the lumbar joint angle decreased gradually, and showing significantly differences between patients of different DLS degree (P<0.05). Conclusion Sagittal lumbar facet joint may be one of the main risk factors of DLS.
The research shows that personality assessment can be achieved by regression model based on electroencephalogram (EEG). Most of existing researches use event-related potential or power spectral density for personality assessment, which can only represent the brain information of a single region. But some research shows that human cognition is more dependent on the interaction of brain regions. In addition, due to the distribution difference of EEG features among subjects, the trained regression model can not get accurate results of cross subject personality assessment. In order to solve the problem, this research proposes a personality assessment method based on EEG functional connectivity and domain adaption. This research collected EEG data from 45 normal people under different emotional pictures (positive, negative and neutral). Firstly, the coherence of 59 channels in 5 frequency bands was taken as the original feature set. Then the feature-based domain adaptation was used to map the feature to a new feature space. It can reduce the distribution difference between training and test set in the new feature space, so as to reduce the distribution difference between subjects. Finally, the support vector regression model was trained and tested based on the transformed feature set by leave-one-out cross-validation. What’s more, this paper compared the methods used in previous researches. The results showed that the method proposed in this paper improved the performance of regression model and obtained better personality assessment results. This research provides a new method for personality assessment.
