Pulmonary endometriosis (PEM) is a rare disease, which is diagnosed according to typical clinical manifestations, imaging characteristics and histopathological characteristics. This paper reports the clinical data, pathological characteristics, treatment and follow-up of 3 patients with PEM admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University. Combined with the related literature of PEM, the clinicopathological analysis, differential diagnosis and treatment methods are discussed.
