  • Study on the Control of Dynamic Artificial Limb Ankle Based on Central Pattern Generator

    In order to obtain the normal gait for the prosthesis-carrier with the change of external environment and gait, we designed a model of dynamic ankle prosthesis and control system and introduced the strategy of centralpatterngenerator (CPG) about the moving trail of dynamic ankle prosthesis. The dynamic parts, which are incorporated in the model of dynamic ankle prosthesis, provide power in order to have anthropic function and character. The tool of Matlab/simulink was used to simulate the strategy. The simulation results showed that the strategy of CPG learning control in this study was effective and could track the reference trail rapidly and fit the moving trail of a person's normal limb. It can make the prosthetic timely regulation and action, enhance the prosthetic intelligence. It has important practical value for intelligent prosthesis development based on this analysis of technology.

  • Control System Design and Test of Digital Comprehensive Training Treadmill for Rats

    This article presents the design of a treadmill of comprehensive training experiment for rats. The treadmill is composed of six tracks and two of them were designed as conventional plane, two were designed to swing right and left, and two were designed to swing back and forth. The power was provided by six motors. The MSP430F149 is used as core to adjust the swing rate and the grade of electric shock. The IAR for MSP430 is used to design the software. The speed of the six tracks could be adjusted between 0 and 30 m/min. The swing tracks of back and forth can be swung for 3-25 times per minute and the swing tracks of right and left for 3-32 times. The electric shock can be divided into three levels, i.e. strong, middle, and weak level for each track. The digital comprehensive training treadmill can meet different training needs, and provide experimental data for mechanism research of some related diseases.

  • Design of an adaptive radiation therapy system for target movement compensation

    In order to decrease the radiotherapy error caused by target motion, an adaptive radiation therapy system for target movement compensation has been designed and passed by simulation test. The real-time position of the target labelled by a mark was captured by the control system and compared with the reference point. Then the treatment couch was controlled to move in the opposite direction for compensation according to that position information. The three dimensional movement of the treatment bed relied on three independent stepping motors which were controlled by a control system. Experiments showed that the adaptive radiation therapy system was able to reduce the therapy error caused by target movement. It would be useful in radiotherapy clinical practice with high real-time position precision.

  • Implementation of control system and software design for limbs rehabilitation training based on PCI-1240

    This article presents the design of a motion control system for seated lower-limb rehabilitation training. The system is composed of lower limb exoskeleton, motor drive circuit, program of motion control, and so forth. The power of lower limbs joints is provided by six motors. The PCI-1240 motion control card is used as the core. This study achieved repetitive rotation training and gait trajectory training of lower limbs joints, of which the velocity, angle and time can be accurately controlled and adjusted. The experimental results showed that the motion control system can meet the requirement of repetitive rehabilitation training for patients with lower limb dysfunction. This article provides a new method to the research of motion control system in rehabilitation training, which can promote industrial automation technique to be used for health care, and conducive to the further study of the rehabilitation robot.

  • Survey on the construction of the prevention and control system for emerging infectious diseases in maternal and child health institutions in Sichuan

    Objective To investigate the organizational structure, routine management, emergency response, and material reserves related to the prevention and control of infectious diseases in maternal and child health institutions at all levels in Sichuan, and to understand the construction of emerging infectious diseases prevention and control system in maternal and child health institutions throughout the province. Methods We conducted a survey on the current situation of the epidemic prevention and control system in maternal and child health institutions using a self-developed questionnaire, which was conducted in October 2020 and July 2021, respectively. We conducted comparative analysis on the basic situation, the construction of emerging infectious disease prevention and control systems, and the setting and management of fever clinics/rooms of maternal and child health institutions at all levels in Sichuan in 2020 and 2021. Results In 2020, a total of 166 maternal and child health institutions participated in the survey, and 166 questionnaires were collected, including 17 at the provincial and municipal levels and 149 at the county level. In 2021, a total of 182 maternal and child health institutions participated in the survey, and 182 questionnaires were collected, including 17 at the provincial and municipal levels and 165 at the county level. In 2021, all levels of maternal and child health institutions in Sichuan had established epidemic prevention and control leadership groups. Compared with 2020, the construction of the emerging infectious disease prevention and control system in maternal and child health institutions at all levels in Sichuan in 2021 had improved to a certain extent in terms of establishing epidemic prevention and control leadership groups, hospital area three channel management, three-level pre-examination triage, inpatient area allocation, staff management, and patient management (P<0.05). Compared with 2020, fever clinics that met the requirements of three zones and two channels management, fever clinics that met the requirements of closed-loop management, and management of fever clinics/rooms in maternal and child health institutions at all levels in Sichuan in 2021 had improved to a certain extent (P<0.05). Conclusion Through strengthened construction during the epidemic prevention and control period, the construction of the emerging infectious disease prevention and control system in maternal and child health institutions in Sichuan has improved, but still faces continuous challenges in normalized prevention and control.
